POSITION DUTIES:
1. Conduct market and financial impact analyses for portfolio summaries and investor reports, including updating weekly investment reports, as well as preparing marketing and research presentations for investor pitches and business development;
2. Compile the Quarterly Investor;
3. Update report and assist the manager with quarterly loan reports;
4. Support the property manager with day-to-day operations, including updating utility information and assisting with daily management tasks;
5. Play a key role in facilitating communication between the Investment Manager and third party property managers and selling agents.
REQUIREMENTS:
● Master’s degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or related major;
● Familiar with nationwide real estate market research and identifying key geographic opportunities;
● Skilled in analyzing economic and housing data with Excel to generate practical insights;
● Familiar with delivering market insights to investors, providing actionable recommendations and strategic guidance.
RATE OF PAY: $105,000 per year
